"I’ve had a lot of experience through the years with licensed originals.  If I had a dollar for every piece of Herman Miller and knoll that I’ve received defective I could take a buy a Barcelona chair with it.  Just yesterday we received a Tulip table and chairs. One chair had missing parts so here we go waiting another three months to get a new one.  I used to be all high and muggy about licensed originals but not anymore.  I’ve seen enough problems and careless manufacturing to know you aren’t necessarily getting what you pay for.  "
