    GrabCAD is an online community of professional engineers, designers, manufacturers, and STEM students who upload and share 3D models and CAD files. They offer a 3D printing software application that is optimized for Stratasys printers. You can search the library by category (i.e. automotive, construction, furniture, military, etc.) and also by file type. The files are all community generated and are free to download.

    While not a "CAD" software there are very compelling reasons to have this a designers wheelhouse of 3D modeling tools.

    - It's free and always will be, runs on a Mac or PC, and has a very strong community of users and developers.
    - Offers a wide range of different tools such as 2D sketching - Grease Pencil, as well as sculptural tools aka zBrush,
    and an amazing rendering and animation suite.
    - Customization allows users to really get in to the software however they so choose. Being able to create code/scripts or purchase ones that suit ones needs from the market place also adds a level of most other packages don't.

    Fantastic printer for the price, very well built and underrated, with a touch screen and filament sensor it's an easy to use and reliable printer. The Mega s uses an Ultrabase for excellent adhesion and easy parts removal. printer comes in two sections for quick assembly, the frame and base are solidly built with welded frame - sturdier than its extrusion profile rivals.
