"As a graduate of this program, I can now say that I wish I had spent my $150k+ somewhere else. This program is so far from industrial design that it really should just be a collection of classes at a business school. If you want a business strategy program, go ahead. The chair and faculty insist that they're ID experts yet none of them have actually worked in the industry. He claims in the article that we have alum in every big tech company but that is simply not true. He'll tell you what you want to hear, just to get you in the door. This article is so misleading I couldn't help but say something. I still love design and I'm making it work but man, going back a few years and focusing my design energy somewhere else would make my life much easier."
