"Terrible products and even worse company. I have a knife that the black is flaking off, and they acknowledged it was defective, but then they went dark. They have not responded to e-mails, and never respond to voicemails. I have left a dozen messages - they Never ever answer the phones in the office - not even sure if they are still in the office and no one ever answers the phones. Terrible customer support for mediocre over priced products. Stay away and move on."
