"Hi Anna, yes we noticed this tendency - that you guys just use bigger pots :) I'm a bit puzzled why though - large cars, tall buildings, large pots...hmm...Anyway - we are sure taking note of this and will definitely consider the future possibility for an XL version for the US in particular. Until then - go small - be energy efficient and enjoy safe and easy cooking with a small lid ;) Cheers, Martin"
"Hi Scott. You are not the first to mention this and I can't rule out that we might do an XL version at some point. But for now we chose the 23cm version as it covers most of the daily needs and still fits the smaller pots comfortably. If the lid gets larger then it does compromise the look and handling on the smaller pots. Your comment is definitely noted and who knows what time will bring :)Cheers,Martin"
"Hi Austin. Thank you for your comment. The lid is primarily is intended for pots up to 22 cm. You might use it on a (small) shallow pan to prevent splashes from the pan, but this is not really where you get the main benefits from the lid. The actual curvature is very subtle - about 10 mm, so it does not take up much room. The curvature also has the added benefit, that any condensed steam on the lid will not run out and drip on your stove, but rather run back into our pot :)Cheers, Martin"
