"When I commute in the rain or wet roads, water will somehow accumulate in the frame tubes.  When the bike is tipped like this, it finds its way out around the rear dropouts.  If I leave it standing like normal, the water doesnt cover the floor.  I can only imagine a puddle of mud under my bike one time before I have to start leaving it outside the office."
