"That buildplate/volume is a pretty strange solution, and interesting to wrap your head around. I'm looking forward to the first timelapse build video!"
"Whoa, well done Felipe, those are big leaps in design and engineering! I've also been 3D printing shoes with an FDM machine (take a look at fusedfootwear.com) and I'm itching to start learning how I can apply grasshopper to future designs! I would love to see some close-ups of the lattices you printed, to better evaluate how the Makerbot dealt with them. Cheers!"
"When a product designer presents his project without mentioning that several iterations have been made in the past, it does make me wonder how much research they have done. Apart from the kneeling chairs already mentioned, Stokke and Varnier have been selling seats like this for the past 40 years. http://www.varierfurniture.com/Movement-Chairs"
"I'm not gonna hate on this, I can only have respect for someone who pulls this of. Some people prefer to do everything themselves. Yes, the design could be more resolved, but it takes a lot of time and money to learn how to do that (schools are expensive yo). Who knows, he might still improve and seeing what he's done, I'm pretty sure he can pull it off better than most of us. All it takes is perseverance, and he's got plenty of that! Are you reacting to Rain calling this 'stunning' or to the McEntegart's skills? Think about it!"
