"I can't resist the temptation to add a comment about the difference between hemp and marijuana.  The article states that marijuana has THC concentrations above 5%.  Actually, a THC concentration of 5% would be considered ditch weed, nobody would smoke it.  Today, marijuana has THC concentrations above 15%, the very best strains approach 30%.  Thus, the difference between hemp and marijuana is much larger than what the article states, and the fact that hemp is still banned is even more ridiculous."
