"The multi PVD finish is impressive considering there are no engrave lines to delineate between colors.  They would of used oil masking, and those edges are crispy!  The amount of laser is a bit overboard to my eye. "

First press/tool forms a vessel with no undercut, then part is placed on a die (solid side up) and secondary (2 piece) tooling is placed around the outside of part and bulge-pressed a second time to create the 'undercut'.
