"Hi, Dan Black here from from black+blum We have had lots of products copied and then listed on aliexpress and alibaba. The worst copy was for our Polar Bear Ice Tray. See http://blackblum.com/collections/originals/products/brrr-ice-tray It was first listed on alibaba.com. We contacted alibaba and were able to get their help removing it, but having just checked now I can see there are several copies back up there http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/New-Product-Polar-Bear-Shape-With_60345329014.html?spm=a2700.7724838.30.95.2850ch . It was built on shopify (the same platform Grovemade use), but thankfully shopify pulled it when they learnt it was a copy. It is too expensive to take legal action with everything, especially when the perpetrators are in another country But you can take legal action against the retailers who buy the copies (plus spread the word on these people who support this rip off market). You also just need to keep on innovating..."
