"I am an electronics engineer which design electric fences and weighting systems, I also participated in the development of products to detect heat and health issues in animals. There is something bugging me about this device: how can a Device run GPS and RF, which are communications that demands a lot of power, be fed by a so small solar panel? The battery will not lasts, this product will need to be recharged, and I am not counting with the energy demanded to generate the shock, which is not small. I don’t know, but, something is not right, I mean… this product is being developed since 2016 and it did not go to the market yet… strange, at minimum."
