"Great design, but as a toy designer I have to say that I'm not sure if it can ever come to market in the USA. Remember BuckyBalls?  In spite of their attempts at correct age grading ("not a toy," etc) the government shut them down and fined them into oblivion.These might be even more dangerous since they are clearly marketed toward kids (and look rather like Necco wafers or other candy).  It's sad, but the regulatory environment for toys in the US is becoming more and more stifling.  "Caveat creator!" (maker beware)."
