• "Sounds like pain to draw, you don't want to spend extra seconds drawing in tight situation, as anyone at any LTC class like https://range.gritrsports.com/ltc-class/ ... Also "connected to phone" thing mean you can technically get hacked and locked out of your defense firearm..."

 • "I mean, currently we have something similar with binary triggers for example. One pull = 2 shots. Does it make a weapon full auto? No. Does it increase rate of fire? Yes. Does it need to be banned? Not sure. I did some practice with those at Gritr's Shoot house ( https://range.gritrsports.com/shoot-house-gritr/ ), but it didn't feel that good. Maybe I'm just not about all of this after all, but I've always had the most comfort with single pull = single shot."

 • "Lighter trigger pulls will almost always result in higher accuracy, especially if firing in succession(you don't need to be 300iq to understand that and compare it to competetive shooting for example. There are also plenty of resources online like Truthaboutguns and https://gunicorns.com/ with articles on those points). Why would you want a heavier pull if it drastically reduces accuracy on top of making it more dangerous for bystanders and victims?!"

 • "Problem is, unless it's extremely reliable - all those bells and whistles don't matter: straps are attached directly to mechanism that hold the bag itself. If something happens and it breaks mid-travel you pretty much have no means to reattach it. As concept it is pretty great if it works as being told. In reality, design would need some extra work in case of emergency since it looks much more like a demo of mechanism rather than actual working model. Hopefully it's going to get more development in future(after all look how much stuff like running shoes went forward over the years, people used to run on foam soles vs current extremely advanced gel soles, there are also special "jumping" insoles now that allow you to jump higher. Maybe in a decade those backpacks going to be in every running store out there :D )"

 • "It's pretty well-known that modern supressors are way to go(not sure why it's not as popular in US as in Europe - over there people even hunt with those most of the time, might have something to do with various state laws, afaik it's banned in California). I've bought my first Silencerco and it's been an absolute bliss. With 223 ammo( https://gritrsports.com/shooting/ammunition/rifle-ammo/223-ammo/ something like Federal or Hornady) there are almost no sound at all. .308 and 30-30 produce a decent ooomphf but nowhere close as without one. Accuracy seems to be pretty much the same, so as you can tell I'm a huge silencer fan at this poind :D"
