"I really need help!!! My beats pill plus won't work unless it's being charged. When I unplug it, it just turns off completely and won't work. Can anyone tell me the solution on how to fix this? Do I just need to replace the battery? If I do what kind of battery does it need? I've looked everywhere on how to fix this and nothing comes up on this version of the beats pill.
