"Just stumbled on this. Have been working on my own version of the ‘Indiana Jones’ portable coat hanger for a few months, but haven’t cracked it yet. Aluminium version works fine, but I don’t think they would like aluminium tube going through an airport scanner. Plastic tube doesn’t seem to provide the rigidity. Am looking into bamboo next"
