"Driverless vehicle's technology MUST BE EQUIPPED with high sensitivity sensors system to SENSE ANY DANGER ON A ROAD (ANY STILL OR MOVING OBJECT ON A ROAD) if a vehicle stopped on a road due to got broke or an accident. VEHICLES Must be equipped with thermal infrared sensors to sense heat of a human or an animal in ANY WEATHER, SEASON, TEMPERATURES, DAYTIME or NIGHTTIME CONDITIONS TO slow down & stop while sending out an emergency signal to WARN other drivers around on a road about PLANNING TO STOP, MUST AUTOMATICALLY TURN ON ALL ALERTNESS & WARNING lights (EMERGENCY  LIGHTS, HAZARD WARNING LIGHTS etc.) There's ALWAYS REQUIRED EMERGENCY STOP SITUATIONS on a ROAD DUE TO a wild life or domesticated animal crossing the road a deer, raccoon, dog, stray cat, EVEN A SQUIRREL, farm animals, chicken, duck, geese, kids playing a ball, people on a bicycle or with a bycicle. Until we ALL will have a mentality that it's ok & not a big deal to hit a bird while in a flight or a bird that's not fast enough taking off (because it's a scientific fact that birds DON'T SEE WELL in the EARLY MORNING HOURS), owls don't see in a daytime, owls flying at night hours ONLY, or if a tiny, very small, little or baby animal even like a squirrel trying to run over the road - it WILL ALWAYS INDICATE that it's ok to hit & run over a human too. IF No animals, birds etc. would be killed by driverless vehicles than NO humans would be killed either !!! They tell us that driverless technology system supposed to be a safer transportation as it makes "NO human ERRORS" when in fact it proves NOT SAFE AT ALL !!WE ALL MUST DEMAND SAFETY FOR EVERY ANIMAL, BIRD & a HUMAN ON A ROAD or in the broken vehicle on the expressway !!!There's NO JUSTIFICATION that : "were you not taught to look before crossing a street & MAKE an EYE CONTACT WITH A DRIVER when you grew up ?" Poorly designed for pedestrians, poorly lit with no crosswalk mark on it, pitch dark night suburban road conditions NO JUSTIFICATION as THERE'S NO POSSIBLE WAY TO EVER apply THIS STRATEGY to the animal world !! Go explain to an animal : "here's no crosswalk marks on a road"...Three days ago I was driving at 03:00 a.m. at night to NY when I smelled first burning scent in the air on NJ highway in the Expressway designated lane & suddenly i noticed in the last moment on a CURVING road a thick smoke coming out from a stoped white sedan vehicle's front hood, smoking battery. There were 3 lanes. Broken vehicle stopped in the right side lane of me as I was driving luckily in the middle lane. It was a potentially extremely dangerous situation. I did instantly reported broken vehicle in the Waze GPS navigation App system to alert other drivers. However what would happen in this scenario situation if there was driverless vehicle driving in this particular right side lane... where broken vehicle stopped...? It would be a disaster situation of two vehicles collide together with fatalities as OBVIOUSLY Driverless vehicles are not able to sense & spot approaching close distance even moving object...?! Imagine when it's a still stoped broken vehicle on the expressway or a road, street ...with a driver & passengers in it...?! We must AIM at everyone's SAFETY including animals & BIRDS ONLY THAN HUMAN LIVES WOULD BE SAVED TOO !!! EVERYONE MEANS EVERYONE ! This system MUST HAVE NO EXCLUSIONS, NO FAVORITISM NO PRIORITY ! Everyone's LIFE IS A TOP  PRIORITY !!Therfore In this case it was a FAILED TEST as OBVIOUSLY SENSORS are NOT WORKING "designed" to sense a moving object in close distance & try to slow down to STOP & PROTECT to SAVE this WOMAN'S LIFE !VERDICT - NOT SAFE !!"
