  • "Hey Randy, Let me assure you, no hipsters were harmed or otherwise consulted during the design process. The fundamentals came straight out of the workshop of designer, furniture maker, artist, surfer and all around great hombre Ben Riddering out in Arroyo Grande, CA.  For years he had been wearing a nearly identical style apron, sans pockets. When asked why so streamlined, he commented that if he really wanted to carry all that around, he'd just wear a toolbelt. Keep it clean, he said. Still, we realize that different users have different needs in different work environments. And although our current designs are undoubtedly streamlined, that's just a starting point. Stay tuned, as there's a lot more to come (including pockets). Oh, and you might want to check out our 5# Gear Bags for shop or jobsite consumable management/organization. And if you're ever in need of a serious toolbelt, check out or sister brand, Diamondback Toolbelts.  All the best, Michael "
