"Wine in bottles, need to be drunk up in a reasonable time frame.  So why can't that apply to wine in cans?!"

"That is so not true!!  I know people who enjoy a glass of wine that live alone and are successful and have many friends!"

"I think it is a great idea!  And I am not a big wine drinker.  But I know a lot that are, and this would be great for them.  Sometimes they would enjoy wine in a can when they go on a picnic, hiking, golfing, family get togethers, traveling, bowling and all recreational activities.  At the beach, when alcohol is allowed, but not in bottles, endless!  Go for it!"
