"The negative comments are obviously from people in locations where your money buys you a lot of house. Here in NYC, many condo and co-op building don't allow balcony additions. This is much more likely to be approved by those boards since it is not a permanent outside structure. I'm also assuming that this must be the case opin many cities throughout the world with expensive real estate. Fabulous idea!"
