"This is a real issue.  I dabble in furniture making, and see the “disposable” furniture that is sold today and been for years.  Not everyone wants period piece of high end handcrafted furniture.  We joked the we would be using apple crates for chairs.  Until “we” change from instant gratification to needs and not “wants” we will be disposing of things like furniture to keep up with the “Joneses”.Keep trying, we need different approaches to leest try to break out of our circle."
