"Great article!  I am going to use a lot of this.  I miss the talks on Star Wars but, well here we are in the new decade.  Rolling with these changes is tough, but managing to get through it.  It is important to realize that a lot of folks are having issues dealing with this extended 'Two Week Trial", that has now turned into 6 months or more.  Be compassionate if your peers are struggling, it can only help."
