"Also good for makeup artists - I'd use these for pencils, and I'd love a larger version for brushes. The brush taco we use now is great for carrying, bad for using"
"I'm a makeup artist, and I'd love these for storing my kit and loading it in or out of trailers at the beginning and ends of jobs. Right now we either have Sterilite or Rubbermaid type plastic boxes, or those black wheeled storage bins that always crack, and have so many oddly molded shapes on the inside to make it stronger and to accommodate the wheels - it makes it difficult to safely pack up our heavy but delicate items"
"This isn't new, but it is a less expensive version of ones that are out there. Whoops I take it back, I was looking at yarn stores like Webs, but if you just google yardage counter you wind up with a lot more options. Most don't seem to address the issue of tension though, which is a huge deal. I've been using a McMorran yarn balance (check it out, I think you'd find it interesting) to find yardage on mystery skeins, but maybe this would be better for estimating how many yards are in in row/round, so I can finally stop playing yarn chicken (hoping you have enough to finish the project)"
