Most frames aren't that far out of whack, weldings not too bad.Swapping the order of Mortise-and-Tenon hurt my brain.While the assembly long term rigidity seems sub-par compared to a weld (not torqued so likely too loose or too tight when assembled by "local joe"), I can give them a couple points for legitimate innovation.1) internal routing seems easier than a normal weld frame, you can plug all the tiny parts as you go and aren't fishing wires as far.2) packaging is more compact than a normal bike. This doesn't add value after assembly though.Overall, I don't see how this design improves the ride. It also greatly complicates manufacturing and shipping (higher parts count). And adding more fasteners and friction fit parts increases the things that can loosen or fail."
