"Sculpturally lovely but terrible as a door handle. The omnipresent anxiety of worrying about trapping your finger in a complex metal cage and possibly breaking / spraining it every time you use the door struck me straight away.Surely no-one here needs to be reminded that good design is not solely about aesthetics but about utility achieved via elegance. A sculpture can cut your hands if it wants because it's not meant to tactile and constantly in use. A door handle - first and foremost - must not ever injure the user in normal or edge-use cases."

"They're nice - but it has to be said he's more than 'borrowed' the design of long established grips by Ergon, available in cork and rubber. So they're more of a home knockoff than he's admitting.https://www.ergonbike.com/en/product?a=griffe"
