"For my first backpacking trip I had to get a lot of gear (burner, backpack, sleeping bag etc.). Besides my backpack, the thing I got the most enjoyment out of was this little spork. I expected the hole the knife end slides into, to be hard to clean, but the opposite was true. I'll be upgrading most of my gear to lighter, higher quality stuff, but the spork will stay forever."
"I love that it simply showcases ordinary human behaviour. It's is in essence what I like about design. The ability to think critically about things other people don't actively see."
"That foldable table is just excellent. I can see that being really handy in studio spaces.I'm not a fan of foldaway storage in general. Where does all your stuff go when you fold in the shelf? It should be on the shelf, thus it being collapsible doesn't make sense to me. The scissor mechanism is aesthetic at best. If there is an example of it being useful, I am happy to be convinced otherwise though."
"Imagine giving that beautiful beach stool to your kid. Looks lightweight enough for them to carry it to the beach themselves. I recon children would get a real kick out of it. Just make it out of recycled plastic and I'm all for it."
"Anything mixed reality related to cars should be to improve safety, not gamify driving to work. Let's keep it limited to UI projected on the windscreen."
