"Hi Eric!Thank you for your comment. The strap is connected from the arm, through the inside and bottom of the chef coat (I'm now realizing there isn't any image of it on this page). Pulling on a tab at the bottom of the jacket collapses the sleeve.Totally agree with the cap and hair apparatus, also footwear there could be a line of redesigned chef wear. Thank you for your feedback!"
"Hi Christopher!Thank you for your comment. Yes, I did look into all the cool-vent chef wear. But my insights are also based on interviews with chefs who don't really appreciate the materials in those cool vent chef jackets. The straps are actually pulled using a tab at the bottom of the jacket, as opposed to actually pulling on the connecting ribbon, which would prevent it from creating a loop. I totally agree with you that the jacket still has a few problems, and appreciate your feedback. It is not really a market-ready product, just an initial stage concept. Will definitely work on your feedback and make it better. Thank you!"
"Hi Juan, the jacket is actually made of cotton-polyester blends. Not with any nylon/spandex like in sportswear. That's what traditional chef jackets are made of, but the problem is that they're made of just one anti-crease material."
