"I remember being intrigued by a book I held in a local bookstore, sometime in the late seventies or early eighties. It was a study commissioned by NASA, exploring the spatter patterns of various forms of urinals and other receptables for human waste, with recommendations for optimal forms and such. Why mention this? Because it shows that a lot of human endeavour is superfluous because it has already been done… Such as is the case here."
