"I like to see people searching for creative solutions to problems, but I don't see cobots as solutions to most problems encountered in a commercial kitchen. It really stuck with me when I heard someone say that a robot's place is when a job is dull, dirty, or dangerous.  Lots of us love to cook and lots of people make fulfilling careers out of it. We shouldn't be sending fulfilling creative jobs to robots or Ai. As a design community we need to be careful what we suggest the future should look like."
