"Assuming they are actually being sold, if you somehow find out what companies are buying your design from AliExpress, you may be able to sue them instead.I had a similar situation with a vendor in India selling my designs to a big box retailer and my attorney sent a letter to the retailer with intent to sue on breach of contract and copyright infringement.The retailer canceled the order...Good luck!"
