"Im curious about the 'this side in' note on the glass. Is it stronger one-way? Meaning that the laminations of the glass are designed in a way that it's easier to break from the inside (for escape) but not from the outside (vandalism-proof)."
"Your third point mentions a 'comfortable' floor. Do you have any examples of what you mean by this?Im guessing by comfortable you mean the ability to stand on it for lengths of time with minimal fatigue. Are you referring to rubber mats over a slab, carpet tiles etc? Or a much more holistic solution over the entire floor?"
"Is it really a mobile unit, or has the trailer just been used as a base, kind of like using a shipping container as a base unit?It looks like the angled skylight on the roof is too high for the trailer to be rolled out of wherever it is.Or can the skylight be lowered? And I imagine this would turn into a greenhouse if parked in direct sunlight. I didnt see any ducting etc installed for AC/Heating."
"My take on a couple of points...- It looks like the tables are placed on the x-brace/castor base for maneuverability. Maybe they aren't permanently attached to the x-brace/castor base. - The feet are added to the bottom of legs so that the vertical grain of the leg doesn't splinter if its pushed across the floor (if/when its not on the x-base).- The trapezoidal cut out could be clearance for clamping with smaller clamps? They all look pretty cool though!"
"Why is this lazy? This is just another tool being used to get a job done more efficiently. Its no different to CAD (faster and more efficient than hand drafting), CNC (faster and more efficient than using a jigsaw) or using perspective grid lines in Photoshop."
"I remember reading years ago that one of the most dangerous places to work in the pre-industrial age was stone-ground flour mills, as the ground flour would hang in the air and ignite in a similar way as above."
